    Request a room away from entertainment areas for a more peaceful stay. The live shows can be quite noisy at night.

    Everything was fantastic from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and neat room. The croissants and fruit were outstanding! I ate at an excellent restaurant with great choice. The location was fantastic, the staff were ready to help.

    Well, the views were bad here.

    The location of the hotel is simply excellent and the facilities (bar, swimming pool) are really nice. Beautiful panorama.

    The rooms were not at a 5star hotel level, it was literally noisy when there was some wind (the doors), the breaksfast was always the same and not teh highest quality. The staff seemed to be tired after the high season. We could have received much more information on the sights and some meaningful recommendations on what to do.

    Big bedding.

    Good service and an a la carte restaurant onsite. Great pool and spa area. Location really close to a private beach, bar restaurant, and one or two important areas.

    The kids went wild for the pools, and we loafed in our spacious room with fine sea views. Plus, breakfast was fresh and fabulous every single morning.

    Navigating the buffet was like a game of musical chairs. Finding food shouldn't include training for the Olympics!

    I liked the location, since it is quite near to Rhodes Old Town. The facilities of the hotel were also quite good. Restaurants are really good. Breakfast was excellent and the food in the pool bars was also very good.

    Not a good hotel if you are planning on sleeping in; the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that is happening on the hotel. Also, the photos are a bit deceiving, the hotel is not really on the beach, you actually have to cross the street in order to go to the beach. We paid extra for a room with a sea view and were a bit dissapointed. We got our room and realized that our minibar was half empty and even had half empty bottles of water.

    The setting of the Sheraton was fantaic - sitting high so most of the rooms had sea views with balconies. The outside sitting areas were fantatic with lots of seating and lovely big sofa chairs. The grounds were excellent and well kept. We liked the underpass to the private beach and the loungers by the seafront. Our room was fantastic with two sofas, loads of space and felt very luxurious. The Asian Restaurant had a fantastic view.

    Lack of a snack bar - we did not want to sit down formally at lunch time having had a large breakfast and evening meal. The lifts - not adequate for the number of people staying there. Unfortunately our room was on floor 5 at one end of the hotel - our children were floor 10 on the other side of the hotel - it required 2 lifts to get to each other plus a massive walk.

    We were greeted with warm smiles and received a complimentary upgrade to a fine Aegean suite. The views were lovely, especially during sunset.

    The pool became overcrowded at times, making it challenging to find a quiet spot to relax amidst the lively atmosphere.
